In the next arc we're updating the design of a lot of the character, for multiple reasons - manly to make the characters stand out more between one another, but also make them 'fit' better as a unit. Also, in some way, to make it more fitting.

On Tear's end, I've always thought her design was a bit too... dull. We've talked about her, me and AoD, for a while now, delved a litte deeper in her as a character, and the sort of things she'd do, and all that - more who she would be as a person.

Basically AoD already had a good idea for Float, so I figured I'd reciprocate with an idea for Tear. It's a little showy, especially to my standard, but...
